Alisa Lask

Alisa brings more than twenty years of commercial experience in sales and marketing across pharmaceutical, medical device, and cosmeceutical sectors.  Her deep experience in therapeutic areas such as orthopedics, woman’s health, diabetes, and most recently dermatology and aesthetic medicine.  Her broad commercial experience in both US and Global markets includes launching and renewing brands through digital transformation, disruptive go-to-market strategies, and award-winning consumer marketing.

Most recently, Alisa served for over 7 years as the Vice President and General Manager for US Aesthetics at Galderma, the world’s largest independent global dermatology company (private equity owned). During her tenure, the newly formed US business tripled in size and established the broadest portfolio of hyaluronic acid fillers in the aesthetic space.

She currently serves on the Board of Directors at Nephros, Inc (Nasdaq: Neph) a commercial-stage company selling high-performance water purification products to medical device and commercial markets, as well as, a Director on the board of CollPlant, (Nasdaq: CLGN) a regenerative medicine company. 

Alisa holds a Master of Business Administration in marketing from the University of Michigan – Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Miami University, Oxford, OH.  She is a nationally accomplished equestrian in show jumping and actively involved in several organizations focused on dog rescue, most notably Big Dog Ranch Rescue in Florida.
